Laser marking beats conventional methods by a wide margin
Laser marking is possible on almost all materials. No matter whether metal, glass, plastics, or ceramics, there are almost no technological limits for the application of markings. Not even textiles are safe from the energy-rich light beams:
The jeans industry in part uses them to generate the popular used look without having to use unhealthy sandblasting.
Marking and engraving with a laser have thus become indispensable for the modern production of consumer goods and industrial goods. Good results can be obtained not only on flat surfaces, but also on round ones. Marking on the fly also is possible on moving objects.
Thanks to flexible, system-aided control, laser lettering can be generated quickly and individually automated. The markings to be applied can be technologically realized in nearly any form and with any conceivable content.
At MT Laser, we have developed several products for effective marking work. The MAG BAIS is of interest especially for companies which already own a laser system. It can be integrated very easily into existing systems.
Your advantages at a glance:
- Manufacture from laser prototypes to series production
- High-quality laser solutions for example for machine assembly or creation of jewelry
- Laser marking and laser lettering work can be performed on almost all materials
Other laser units are the models MAG BOX and MAG BIG BOX. With the former, you can process workpieces up to 10 kg. However, the BIG BOX is designed for considerably heavier components with a weight up to 115 kg.
