There are tasks where the mobile laser is a valuable tool with various advantages over a stationary system. For example, when welding injection molding jigs for large plastic parts like bumpers, often weighing several tons, much time and money are saved when the laser comes to the workpiece and not the other way around. For such applications, we have developed the HTS Mobile.
Extremely flexible and robust
When a mobile laser welding system needs to impress, the design must be especially robust and perfectly conceived. Thanks to the mobile resonator and the swivel arm, the HTS Mobile allows you to work efficiently on especially large and recessed workpieces. The laser can be positioned to the millimeter and works not only very quickly, but also with the utmost precision
Another highlight of this system is our AUTOFOCUS software, available as an optional module. The automatic adjustment of the laser to the distance between light exit and workpiece, creates an especially consistent weld of the highest quality.
